1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the scriptibang.pt website, as well as the engagement of ScripTibang's home automation, networking, IoT, robotics and custom project services. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Technical assessment and quotes
The initial technical assessment is free of charge and does not commit the client to hiring the service. Quotes provided after the technical visit are valid for the period stated in them and may be adjusted if the client requests changes to the project scope.
3. Service delivery
Installation timelines are agreed case by case, depending on project complexity and equipment availability. ScripTibang commits to informing the client of any significant change to the initial plan.
4. Warranty and support
Installed equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Installation and configuration carried out by ScripTibang include a post-installation support period, whose specific terms are set out in the quote or service agreement signed with each client.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logo and design — is the property of ScripTibang or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or use of this content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
ScripTibang is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the installed systems, changes made by unauthorised third parties, or failures arising from electrical or network infrastructure not supplied or validated by ScripTibang.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to ScripTibang's registered office, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
